Dear Guests,
We would like to inform you that the Form Factory Fénix Fitness & Wellness Centre, operated by our external partner and available to hotel guests during their stay, is currently undergoing an extensive renovation.
The aim of the renovation is to create a more comfortable environment for exercise, recovery and relaxation, including a modernised wellness and SPA area with new technologies and whirlpools, renovated changing rooms and showers, and an expanded fitness area.
As a result, the operation of the centre will be temporarily limited as follows:
10 July – 21 July 2026: The fitness centre and wellness area will be closed.
22 July – 30 October 2026: The fitness centre will be open, however, the wellness area will remain closed.
Full reopening of both the fitness and wellness centre is planned from 31 October 2026.
During the closure period from 10 July to 30 October 2026, hotel guests may use the Form Factory Karlín or Form Factory Harfa facilities free of charge as an alternative upon presentation of their hotel key card.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by these necessary renovation works and thank you for your understanding.
