Please be informed that the Form Factory Fénix Fitness & Wellness Centre, operated by our external partner and available to hotel guests during their stay, is currently undergoing a major renovation.
The renovation will create a more comfortable environment for training, recovery and relaxation, including a modernised wellness and SPA area with new technologies and whirlpools, refurbished changing rooms and showers, and an expanded fitness zone.
Due to these renovation works, the operation of the centre will be temporarily affected as follows:
10 July – 21 July 2026: Both the fitness centre and wellness facilities will be closed.
22 July – 10 September 2026: The fitness centre will be open, while the wellness area will remain closed.
The full reopening of both the fitness and wellness facilities is planned for 11 September 2026.
During the complete closure from 10 July to 21 July 2026, hotel guests are welcome to use the Form Factory Karlín or Form Factory Harfa clubs as an alternative, free of charge, upon presenting their hotel key card.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by these necessary renovation works carried out by the operator of the fitness centre, and we greatly appreciate your understanding.
