Addendum to the accommodation regulations from 9.5. 2024 to 27.5. 2024 inclusive.
Dear hotel guests, employees and business partners.
In connection with the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 2024 from 10 to 26 May 2024, the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, operated by CPI Hotels, a.s., ID No. 47116757, registered office Prague 10 Bečvářova 2081/14, Postal Code 100 00 (hereinafter referred to as the accommodation provider), is introducing increased security measures for entry and stay at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague from 9 to 27 May 2024.
1) Access to the hotel premises (including the bar and restaurant) will be allowed only to guests staying at the hotel or guests with confirmed accommodation reservation.
2) All persons entering the hotel premises will be subject to a security check to ensure that no prohibited items or dangerous substances are brought onto the premises.
3) Screening of persons entering the hotel will be carried out by the security agency using technical means to detect prohibited items and substances upon entry.
4) Persons who fail to submit to the security check will not be admitted to the hotel premises.
5) Persons who are scheduled to have business or other meetings with representatives of the hotel operator or the management of the shopping gallery during this period will be admitted to the hotel premises only when accompanied by them and provided that the above provisions are complied with.
6) It is forbidden to bring any firearms, explosives, stabbing and slashing weapons, including knives with blades longer than 8 cm, into the hotel premises during the period from 9 May 2024 to 27 May 2024.
7) It is strictly forbidden to enter other areas of the hotel than those authorized by the accommodation provider.
8) Shopping mall management staff who have their offices on the hotel premises must always be visibly identified with their employer's identification card or the authorization of the responsible hotel representative when moving around the hotel.
Employees of firms and companies located on the hotel premises must be visibly identified with their CPI card or the hotel operator's authorisation when entering and moving around the hotel premises
9) The security service is not authorized to take any luggage, valuables or other documents for safekeeping.
